If a man sees a vision of jesus christ does this not prove that some christians believe in false doctrine?

yesIf a man sees a vision of jesus christ does this not prove that some christians believe in false doctrine?
Jesus IS God! God became ';flesh'; as John 1:1 says.If a man sees a vision of jesus christ does this not prove that some christians believe in false doctrine?
can't just say christians....cause many religions have ';bad churches'; in them. always blame the church, not the book. For each religions book is pretty stable....its the churches that preach it that are unstable.

and no....for even the book says men will have visions and dreams.
No, because Jesus appeared to Saul in the road, and this doesn't change anything, it is how people take that apparition and try to turn into something of personal gain, Saul who changed his name to Paul, did not use it for personal gain and in fact was killed in the end because of it. But others have made statements that they have had a vision of Christ and then changed their aspect of what religion is for their own gain. God bless you always.
Having religious visions is also a sign common in mental institutions.
it can prove that someone is delusional, noted im not an atheist but i give christianity no credibility.
Peace be with you.

Read the bible for truth, use the Word of God as a measuring stick.

In the bible where have you heard of men seeing visions, what happen to them prior to a vision taking place?

Now when women have a vision, do they fall on their face as dead, or see the vision while they sleep as men do?

Angel just appears to women, right?

Therefore the answer is false doctrine? So it is up to you to find out why, and then apply what you have learned to all scripture.

The verse ';remember Mary for she anointed Jesus at the hour of his death'; is another clue. The 4 Gospels are full of clues as to the truth.
or that the man is having a psychotic episode or hallucinogenic drug experience?
no if that is happining that means that jesus christ is calling you to be saved
Maybe but they'll throw at you ';Satan comes to you in different forms';.
Why do you think that Angels do not eat food?

Mannah was provided to the Hebrews who left Egypt, remember? It was Angelic food; food that sustains the spiritual body. Nothing weird about that;

Your comments simply don't work at all toward what you hope to accomplish with them;

But what the heck: hey, do you know what the word ';mannah'; means? It means ';whats that?';
It proves that he is hallucinating like Moses %26amp; Paul %26amp; Mohamad.
They're just hallucinating .....
That christians believe in false doctrine is a given -- all christian sects have dogma that is demonstrably provable false. It doesn't require any ';vision'; to confirm that.

If a man sees a vision of jesus christ...he's got some serious mental illness. Get him some medical attention. Since there's no such thing as god, and jesus (if he ever lived) died a very long time ago, anyone that ';sees'; him is having hallucinations.

Peace.
Not really. How did he know that who he saw was Jesus? What was the proof? And was the man that had the vision on street drugs or even prescription drugs? Was the man dreaming?
Yes some christians do believe in false doctrine .. no one can see christ in vision............ its all imagination
I don't see the relationship. Saul (Paul) saw Jesus.
No. In fact, it may prove (for the man at least) that some Christians believe in a TRUE doctrine.
VISIONS LIE!

Look at all the drug-induced visions in history that almost destroyed humanity:

1. The vision of Paul on the road to Damascus(Christianity)

2. The LSD visions of St. John on Patmos (Christianity)

3. The schizophrenic visions of Mohammad (Islam)

4. The schizophrenic visions of Joseph Smith (Mormons)

5. The delusional vision of Moses (BurningBush) (Judaism)

6. The stress-induced, fantastic visions of Buddha (Buddha)

7. The many visions of the Virgin Mary (Catholicism)

8. The megalomaniacal visions of Jesse DuPlantis (Charismatic)

What would religion be without visions?
How can this proove anything man, how do you know that you see jesus and not someone else. It doenst proove anything may the fact that you are thinking about jesus. Why not actually read some of the things he preaced and see for your self wether it is false or true
No, on the contrary, if it really is Jesus, it may prove it is real.
If a man says he has seen Jesus, the shallow human question from another man to ask is, ';What color was he?';

Jesus was short, dark and had an under developed beard or was he a women with breast implants and red hair.

The bible in itself can be used as false doctrine or propaganda. It has been revised and interpreted to suit mans purposes. Can you say, ';Manifest Destiny?';

It justified slavery in Rome, America, Mexico, Asia just to name a few and today in america it justifies everything our government does when it wants to get something done. Even though church and state are suppose to be seperate. Wanna ban smoking? Pull out the bible and say its hurting our kids, get all the churchs to rally behind you and now you increase taxes which have put more money in the governments pocket and little none back to our kids.
?????? Odd. Are you seeing visions of jesus christ? If so, it probably proves that you need psychiatric help. I think most Christians would agree with me on that.
Can you elaborate on why this would prove belief in false doctrine? It's hard to answer a question that doesn't follow through with the train of thought.
It proves nothing.
