Religion and false doctrines?

please give examples of false doctrine and religionReligion and false doctrines?
The Trinity, the immortal soul, hellfire. Once saved always saved. We die and go to heaven. We die and go to hell. You have to pray to statues. You have to put ashes on your head and walk around. You have to refrain from eating foods at certain times. You can not marry. All you have to do is believe in Christ and be saved. Children die because God needs another angel. The Bible is not true, only parts of it are true (and this comes from ministers). The Antichrist is coming. The Antichrist is here. The Antichrist is a man. The Antichrist is Satan. There is no Satan. The kingdom of god is within you. Angels lived on earth at one time. Jesus went to hell to release the people there. Enough? You already know which religions teach this stuff.Religion and false doctrines?
Christianity. :)
The 10 commandments, and the laws of Moses and the traditions of their fathers, are false doctrine.

This is the truth Jesus brought to us, Read his words, do not let men tell you what Jesus said, read it for yourself.

But do not read a watered down version, read the King James version, the version that has been in print for more than 100 years.
Awfully hard to do when it is a matter of opinion, don't you think? I would argue that any example of intolerance of other people is false doctrine, but that's just my beliefs.
it depends on what you are you cant say somethigns false if you belive it
and the magic 8 ball says...';my answer is no';
The Heaven's Gate cult, who believed that their Mother Ship was coming at the tail of Hale-Bopp Comet, but in order to catch the ship, they had to commit suicide.

This is a true story. Google ';Heaven's Gate Rancho Santa Fe California.';
Every religion.
The Trinity Heresy, Christianity.
Religion and false doctrine are pretty synonymous. Most of what is taught or believed in organized religion is not scriptural, and not believed by first century Christians.

Most of it came into play in the Fourth century. There are instances in the Bible that man has tampered with to support their false teachings. Yet they give themselves away by not supporting other scriptures as well as the context.

Now an example of this would be the teaching of the immortality of the soul as well as hell. As well as the the very bogus concept of the trinity.

If u have ever noticed it is easy for non-Christians to attack this belief, all they have to use is the Bible to effortlessly disprove it, and it is just one of those things that when they do they are making perfect sense. There is such a blatant contradiction in the scriptures they use to support this false doctrine.

I could go on.. i like to keep my answers short, lol
From the Christian perspective, please see the listing of questions cited below from ';gotquestions.org';... it lists many of the false doctrines and religions, and expands upon them individually.

Have a blessed day.
Scientology would easily classify as a false doctrine.
any religion or doctrine that is based upon hate and not love is false and should be avoided.
When first communicated to mankind by prophets, the teachings we now have in the Bible were “plain and pure, and most precious and easy” to understand. Even in the transmitted and translated version we have today, the Bible language confirms that God the Father and his resurrected Son, Jesus Christ, are tangible, separate beings. To cite only two of many such teachings, the Bible declares that man was created in the image of God, and it describes three separate members of the Godhead manifested at the baptism of Jesus.

In contrast, many Christians reject the idea of a tangible, personal God and a Godhead of three separate beings. They believe that God is a spirit and that the Godhead is only one God. This is a 'false doctrine.'

The concepts identified by such nonscriptural terms as “the incomprehensible mystery of God” and “the mystery of the Holy Trinity” are attributable to the ideas of Greek philosophy. These philosophical concepts transformed Christianity in the first few centuries following the deaths of the Apostles. For example, philosophers then maintained that physical matter was evil and that God was a spirit without feelings or passions. Persons of this persuasion, including learned men who became influential converts to Christianity, had a hard time accepting the simple teachings of early Christianity: an Only Begotten Son who said he was in the express image of his Father in Heaven and who taught his followers to be one as he and his Father were one, and a Messiah who died on a cross and later appeared to his followers as a resurrected being with flesh and bones.

The collision between the speculative world of Greek philosophy and the simple, literal faith and practice of the earliest Christians produced sharp contentions that threatened to widen political divisions in the fragmenting Roman empire. This led Emperor Constantine to convene the first churchwide council in a.d. 325. The action of this council of Nicaea remains the most important single event after the death of the Apostles in formulating the modern Christian concept of deity. The Nicene Creed erased the idea of the separate being of Father and Son by defining God the Son as being of “one substance with the Father.”

Other councils followed, and from their decisions and the writings of churchmen and philosophers there came a synthesis of Greek philosophy and Christian doctrine in which the orthodox Christians of that day lost the fulness of truth about the nature of God and the Godhead. The consequences persist in the various creeds of Christianity, which declare a Godhead of only one being and which describe that single being or God as “incomprehensible” and “without body, parts, or passions.” These postbiblical creeds should be rejected.

Another example of 'false doctrine' deals with baptism and little children. Baptism by immersion in water by one having authority is the first saving ordinance of the gospel and is necessary. The Savior revealed the true method of baptism, making clear that the ordinance must be performed by one having priesthood authority and that it must be done by immersion: Immersion is symbolic of the death of a person's sinful life and the rebirth into a spiritual life, dedicated to the service of God and His children. It is also symbolic of death and resurrection. (See Romans 6:3–6.)

It has been revealed that little children are redeemed through the mercy of Jesus Christ. The Lord said, ';They cannot sin, for power is not given unto Satan to tempt little children, until they begin to become accountable before me'; - baptism is for remission of sins. They are not to be baptized until they reach the age of accountability, which the Lord has revealed to be eight years of age. Anyone who claims that little children need baptism ';denieth the mercies of Christ, and setteth at naught the atonement of him and the power of his redemption.';

Other examples?

False, vain, and foolish doctrines taught by churches that are “built up,” but “not unto the Lord.” It is described as the religious contention in these days, and prophesies that churches “shall teach with their learning, and deny the Holy Ghost, which giveth utterance.” Because the learning of men would supplant the spirit of revelation as the basis of determining truth, contests of opinions and contention among the clergy would characterize these churches.

Churches would deny the power of God, saying, “There is no God today, for the Lord and the Redeemer hath done his work, and he hath given his power unto men.” They would claim that he is not a God of miracles.

Or how about these two anti-Christ philosophies. One is a modification of the other; both offer systems of salvation contrary to God’s revealed word.

“There shall be many which shall say: Eat, drink, and be merry, for tomorrow we die; and it shall be well with us.” The emphasis is both humanistic and hedonistic. According to this philosophy, individuals may freely gratify their own carnal desires, set their own standards of morality, live for the pleasure of the moment, and do so without guilt, as if death brings no accounting of one’s life.

This evil idea totally denies the justice of God. For example, some teach that “all mankind should be saved at the last day, and that they need not fear nor tremble, but that they might lift up their heads and rejoice; for the Lord had created all men, and had also redeemed all men; and, in the end, all men should have eternal life.”

False doctrine of today echo these words in ways that destroy souls. One philosophy commonly espoused is that extramarital affairs are acceptable. For example, a news article reported the work of one counselor who conducts workshops “for married women who are having, or thinking of having, extramarital affairs. … Workshop participants are given practical advice such as remembering to cover absences with excuses a husband cannot check, and to resist the temptation to confess. … The workshops stress enjoyment without guilt,” the article said. (“She Teaches Women How to Cheat,” Honolulu Star Bulletin, 2 Nov. 1983, p. 4.)

Instead of teaching people to remove feelings of guilt through contrition and repentance, some modern teachers seek to strip God’s children of his gift of conscience by teaching them to lower their moral standards and searing their consciences. In such ways, some modern teachers seek to overturn gospel values with their false ones.

Eating, drinking, and being merry are not synonymous with happiness. They never have been. A prophet said, “Ye have sought all the days of your lives for that which ye could not obtain; and ye have sought for happiness in doing iniquity, which thing is contrary to the nature of that righteousness which is in our great and Eternal Head.”

A variation of the false teaching above: “There shall also be many which shall say: Eat, drink, and be merry; nevertheless, fear God—he will justify in committing a little sin; yea, lie a little, take advantage of one because of his words, dig a pit for thy neighbor; there is no harm in this; and do all these things, for tomorrow we die; and if it so be that we are guilty, God will beat us with a few stripes, and at last we shall be saved in the kingdom of God.”

This doctrine still circumvents full repentance. Some think it injustice to consign a sinner to a state of misery. But the true relationship between God’s mercy and justice goes like this: Mercy cannot rob justice, but through the atonement of Jesus Christ, mercy can appease justice if one repents.

A key point iis the phrase “there is no harm in this.” This devilish whisper invites good men and women to be selectively obedient. Such a whisper suggests that some sins are little and that these “little” sins may be excused because they are not harmful.

These two philosophies are vain doctrines. Perhaps the vanity of the doctrines lies in their self-centeredness. The lie, the digging of the pit, the taking advantage of a neighbor elevate one person at the expense of another. The “live for today” philosophy goes hand-in-hand with the “me first” attitude so prevalent in our society.
Whatever religion you adhere to, then by definition, all others qualify as false.

If you're an atheist, they all qualify
false doctrines;;;

once saved always saved

you don't have to be baptised

get saved and live anyway you want

God will whip you

death bed religion
Evolution = the origin of life. Evolution identifies that life has the ability to change, it has no means of saying life was created from nothingness (i.e. the big bang theory)...

That's false doctrine...
The Bible.
